Choosing a plan

Plans and current pricing live on the pricing page. This page covers how the billing itself works rather than what it costs, since prices change and the pricing page is the source of truth.

Who you are paying

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, charges any applicable tax for your country, and issues the receipt. Your card statement shows Paddle rather than Starlinguide.

Vouchers

A voucher code can be applied during checkout, or from the billing page on an existing subscription. The discount and its conditions are attached to the code itself.

Referrals

Every account carries a referral code, found under Rewards. When someone signs up with your code and completes their first paid period, both accounts receive credit.

Student pricing

Student verification is separate from vouchers and is requested from your account. Once verified, discounted plans appear at checkout.
