My voucher code is rejected
Conditions are attached to the code itself: it may have expired, reached its redemption limit, be restricted to a particular plan, or be limited to new accounts. The checkout message names the reason it failed.
My referral has not paid out
Referral credit lands after the referred account completes its first paid period, not when it signs up. Until then it shows as pending under Rewards.
I cannot find my receipt
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and issues the receipt, so it comes from Paddle rather than from Starlinguide. Search your mail for Paddle, and check the address on your account is the one you expect.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves access in place until the current period ends. Refunds are handled through Paddle under the terms shown at checkout. If you are unsure which applies, contact support before cancelling.
